We offer a solution to ‘wondering’ what may be wrong.
The early childhood mental health consultation offers families a comprehensive and compassionate evaluation of their child’s developmental, emotional, and social well-being.
Through play-based assessment, teacher collaboration, and thoughtful conversations with parents, we create a complete picture of your child’s unique strengths and areas of need.
You’ll walk away with clear, practical recommendations – so you feel confident supporting your child’s growth at home, in the classroom, and beyond.
Families benefit from this consultation.
By the end of the consultation process, you’ll have a clear understanding of your child’s developmental profile along with practical, customized recommendations to support their growth at home and at school.
Dr. Jennifer Green (Ph.D., LPCC) has over 25 years of experience in the field of early childhood education and holds a master’s degree in special education, as well as teaching credentials. She is well-versed in supporting families and understanding child development.
Here is a breakdown of our packages.
Parent Intake Session (80 minutes/$225) – We begin by getting to know your child and your family. This session focuses on your child’s developmental history, your concerns, and your hopes and goals for the future.
School Observation (60 minutes + travel time, if needed; $225 + $50–$150 travel cost, if applicable) – We observe your child in their natural learning environment. This service includes consultation with your child’s teacher to gain a deeper understanding of how they function socially, emotionally, and behaviorally in the school setting.

Individual Child Session or Parent Session or Additional Family Play Session (50 minutes/$225) – Based on your child’s needs, this session may focus directly on your child, provide extra parent support, or include another family play session to explore concerns more deeply.
Teacher/Provider Consultation (45–60 minutes, $150 per session) – With your permission, we connect with teachers, pediatricians, or other healthcare providers by phone or email to gain a well-rounded understanding of your child’s care.
Screeners & Scoring (Flat rate/$150) – Standardized developmental and social-emotional questionnaires are completed by parents and/or teachers and carefully reviewed and interpreted by a clinician.
Feedback Session & Written Summary (50 minutes/Flat rate $450) – We meet with you to review findings in clear, parent-friendly language. You’ll receive a written summary with personalized recommendations and practical next steps for home and school.
